47th MPA-Seminar

This year's MPA seminar took place on the Vaihingen campus again after a long time and was a complete success

The 47th MPA Seminar took place this year in lecture halls on the Vaihingen campus and at the MPA and was a complete success. After the online workshops in 2022, many participants once again took the opportunity to make and deepen contacts on site. As the event had a hybrid concept, online participation was also possible. Participants gained insights into the latest trends and best practices in future-oriented topics such as additive manufacturing, hydrogen technology, high temperature, non-destructive testing, service life assessment and integrity analysis.

Sled test

A special highlight was the evening event in the MPA's test hall, which gave participants the opportunity to experience machines and test setups up close. The program even included a live demonstration of a passive safety crash test, which left a lasting impression.

N2ORTH-Rocket

The university group "HyEnD" from the University of Stuttgart also impressed visitors with the presentation of their self-built rocket N2ORTH. This year, they broke the altitude record for student hybrid rockets.
